
Pulsation dampeners with thermal jackets are available for steam pressure, hot and cold heat transfer oil, and refrigerants to order stating pressure. Jacketed pulsation dampeners may be provided with removable thermal jackets for better cleaning, or with non removable welded jacketing that remains part of the pulsation dampener shell. The pulsation dampener multi flow path "in line through flow" piping base blocks ensure constant temperature within the capsules, helping constant agitation, lack of sedimentation, and flushibility.

Hot and Cold Liquid Pulsation Dampener Applications
Examples: melted cheese, melted wax, cooling the suction supply to pumps with volatile and gaseously absorbed liquids to improve the NPSHA and prevent suction cavitation.
We can provide you with the pulsation dampener or surge alleviator required to meet your particular systems temperature expansion / contraction compensation and membrane permeability requirements.
